Construction Executive magazine touts the benefits of LED Jobsite with an article entitled "Bring Cost and Energy Savings to the Jobsite with Efficient Lighting." The article highlights the impact that the LED Jobsite can have, summed up nicely in this quote about one of our projects:
“One LED jobsite lighting manufacturer tracked in real time the energy savings of their clients’ construction projects. It was found that using LED lighting resulted in a total of 100 million kWh of energy savings in more than two years. This is the equivalent to removing 16,000 cars off the road for one year, or powering 11,000 homes on an annual basis. Then monetize the savings using an average of 10 cents/kWh (the national average) and it adds up to $10 million of savings. This translates into savings for the project owner and the environment.”
