About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in marketing strategy and execution, web design and development, creative direction and branding, and marketing automation and technology. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in project and client management, social media marketing, and trade marketing and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
Job Duties:
Lead and implement multi-channel strategies (SEO, SEM, branded content, email) focused on growth and ROI.
Use AI tools and coding languages to analyze performance data, forecast trends, and automate campaign workflows.
Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites and landing pages.
Integrate AI-based solutions for behaviour tracking, code optimization, and smart content delivery.
Design marketing materials and brand assets.
Ensure cohesive visual identity and messaging across digital and print touchpoints.
Build CRM-integrated automation flows (Zoho) for lead nurturing, reporting, and data syncing.
Automate repetitive tasks and streamline marketing and operations using AI and low-code tools.
Lead projects from discovery to delivery, managing timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams.
Content creation, community engagement, and platform management.
Support sales and brand visibility through promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and trade show coordination.
Serve as client liaison, aligning business goals with marketing execution.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
· Diploma in Marketing
· 3+ years of experience with digital marketing strategies
· 3+ years of experience with web development and graphic design
· 3+ years of experience with sales strategies
· Experience creating and managing AI-powered agents for customer service and sales support
Essential Skills:
· Digital Marketing with proficiency in SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, PPC Campaign Management.
· Web Development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, RESTful APIs, Figma, and WordPress
· Graphic Design with proficiency in UI/UX, Packaging Design, Adobe Creative Cloud
· Automate tasks with proficiency in agile workflow, coding language, Python for AI tools
· Videomaking and editing for technical videos such as tutorials and equipment troubleshooting
