The Pesticide Management and Regulatory Agency is the regulatory body for UVC products in Canada. All UVC products, except under certain conditions (See Paragraph 5 here), must be approved by the PMRA for promotion and sale in Canada. This approval takes approximately 12 months, during which we are not allowed to promote or sell the products in Canada, and are limited in our ability to make claims as to the efficacy of our UVC devices. These pages will be updated as products achieve PMRA regulatory approval. These regulations do not affect sales of UVC products in other countries, as each country has their own rules.
